    How to verify the manufacturer

    2018-05-25 10:25:50

You can find interesting suppliers in exhibitions, B2B and other ways. The question is, how do you choose a good supplier? Selline.com believes you need to understand the power of these suppliers.
    1. Background investigation
Some suppliers inflate their size and whether they own factories. First of all, you can search for your potential suppliers in some search engines and B2B, and check out some of their profiles. You can ask potential suppliers questions about their customers' preferences and learn about their expertise.
Many of these references will be false. Or maybe they made it for Disney, but three years ago they subcontracted work to their factory through another one.
Of course, you can also find their customers on the platform. If possible, ask them how long they have worked together, how they have cooperated, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of these suppliers. Many legitimate manufacturers refuse to communicate any customer contact information for fear that you are working for one of their competitors.
Another effective way to do this is to call the vendor sales person! We found that they lied much less on the phone than on email. When asked about their uncomfortable answers, they tend to hang up - or become aggressive.

    3.Visit the factory
Although every supplier has brochures and may have ISO 9001 certification, it is best to visit the factory. Because you may not be able to tell if the information is correct.
For the order of 2000 dollars, I can understand why you don't take the time to visit the factory. For large orders, however, failure to verify the manufacturer's claims is asking for trouble.
If you go to the factory yourself, your supplier will try to impress you. Instead, use your eyes and try to master the situation and understand the overall environment. An example to note during factory access can be found in this article.
    Face-to-face meeting
Suppose you take the time to visit the factory. Should you make the visit in two hours and try to visit two or three factories in one day?
If you find a factory that seems perfect for you, you need to spend time there. You need to know them and vice versa. Business is often done at the dinner table.
Assuming your problem is at the end, you only know the salesperson who handles your account. You'll want to have dinner with a manager, so you'll have a second person on the phone!
Therefore, the first reason for socialization is to know more factory workers, and the second reason is to collect information.
In an informal setting such as dinner, try asking a few questions to gauge the owner's long-term commitment to his company. It does not bode well if he mentions his huge investment in real estate.
You can see other examples of questions to ask in this article.
    End of verification phase
But many traders may not be able to do this. Rest assured, leave it entirely to us, sell online will choose a good supplier for you, one-stop service for you to solve your worries.
